1 bunch Fresh Asparagus
1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
½ teaspoon Sea Salt
- Wash and trim the asparagus and peel the bottom 2” with a vegetable peeler.
- Place in a shallow pan and dress with the coconut oil, balsamic vinegar and salt
- Heat a grill pan on high and grill the asparagus, turning with tongs until marked on all sides.
